We were initially given the wrong room, but the management quickly sorted it out and moved us to a bigger room that perfectly suited our family of four. The staff, particularly Mariam and Hasna, were pretty good too make us happy and provided everything we asked for. The riad itself was fine, with beautiful Moroccan decoration and a lovely terrace. Our room was cleaned daily and the breakfast was good. we were really happy with the service.

Perfect and magnificent location, and meals were amazing!!!
That was lovely old hotel set in fairly nice area, close enough to the bus station that goes to the airport and the square. We loved the convenience of the triple room like in the picture. Everything was perfectly fine, including convenient room decor.

During our Easter stay, we were impressed by the complementary Easter eggs and chocolates and also the traditional Easter brunch offered by the hotel. the hotel's location was also a plus as it was just a short walk away from the main attractions and had easy access to public transportation. the rooftop terrace provided a great spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful view of the city.
Our experience was marred by a few negative aspects. Despite the Easter eggs, the overall cleanliness of the hotel was not up to standard, with dirty and dusty corners.
